SwarmSystem · Prepared for Dr. Matthew Siedhoff

Your site, working before your first day.

Dr. Siedhoff, you said you want everything running from day one. This page is how we do that. Your words first, then ours.

From the call, 02:26

What you told us

We took notes. Here are your words.

Five things you said on the call, with the minute they were said. Under each one, what we do about it.

But once I start from day one, I wanna have, like, my SEO, everything running.
From the call, 02:26

So we build during your notice. The site is live and the articles are indexing before you see your first patient.

I've done websites in the past, but, you know, yeah, I don't have anything as of now.
From the call, 02:38

Fresh is fine. We start from a blank page, and you own every piece of it from the first day.

It's just exactly what she's doing I wanna do, but just in Los Angeles.
From the call, 04:15

Same playbook. Same team. Your name and your city.

And I like hers because hers is pretty straightforward.
From the call, 14:35

Simple is on purpose. It loads fast, Google and AI can read it, and a patient finds the button.

It's a mission based practice. … My mission is to help the patients.
From the call, 13:05

Then every page has one job: a patient in pain finds you and books a call.

From the call, with the timestamps shown

Your clock

Ninety days is not a wait. It is a head start.

You have not resigned yet, and you said there is a ninety day notice. Search takes about six months to carry weight. So the notice is the head start.

Where you stand

You liked a simple site. So do we.

You said the Dallas site is straightforward, and that is on purpose. Here is what it has, and what the two names you texted us have, as we read them today.

WhoWhat is public todayWhere we read it
You, todayNo site yet, in your words. about 4 Google reviews. From the call, 02:38 and 03:51

Dr. Iris Kerin Orbuchlagyndr.com. 30 pages, last updated July 19, 2026. No articles.Public pages, read September 13, 2026. Your text: "She also has a large market share in LA"

One thing the Dallas site does not have is a service area page. Yours has four at launch, and more come with the engine. That is the part of the playbook we get to do better the second time.

Every page

Twenty pages, twenty articles. Every one named.

Home, about and both treatments. Four condition pages. How out of network works, and your first visit. Questions, reviews, contact and booking. The blog and your byline. Four area pages. Three more ride along and are not counted. Forty pieces of content at launch.

The twenty articles are the part that is easy to miss. Each one runs 1,500 to 2,000 words, written and published by us before the doors open, on the questions patients type before they book. They are twenty more pages on the site, each with your byline, each one linked to a treatment page.

Beverly Hills is the first area page because you said the name sits under it. Los Angeles, Santa Monica and West Hollywood follow. The engine adds up to 8 pages a month after launch, and more areas are first in line.

How it works

A site that fixes itself. What that means.

Every week the site reads its own numbers, tries one headline against another, and repairs broken links and slow pages. We send you what changed.

It is built with AI, and every tool we use stays yours.

Our terms

Day one

Wired on day one. Nothing to set up later.

All of this is set up in your name before launch, so the first patient search is measured.

Our terms

From you

What we need from you. Five things.

You said, tell me what I would need. Here it is. You offered headshots yourself, and that is the first one.

  1. Headshots. A few, in the coat and out of it.
  2. A short bio and your CV. We write the story. You check it.
  3. Your Google Business login. We set it up and hand it back.
  4. A logo, if you have one. If not, a clean wordmark in your name is part of the build.
  5. A domain in your name. Our recommendation: the site carries your name. The PC, Beverly Hills Endometriosis and Urogynecology, is the business in the footer and on your Google profile. Register the domain yourself so it never leaves you.

From the call, 03:02 to 03:20

The price

Everything in the build. One number at the bottom.

One list, top to bottom. Every line is in the price. Nothing on it is an add-on, and nothing on it is billed monthly.
